The Medium Dry is a blend of dessert and traditional bittersweet cider apples, for that extra depth of flavour.
It is lightly sparking cider with a crisp and natural apple taste. Great on it’s own or paired with shellfish, cheese and cold meats and of course turkey. Contains sulphites for freshness, suitable for vegetarians. Alcohol content 5.2%, vol 500ml.
Hurstwood Cider was acquired in Autumn 2024 by Meadowbrook Farm, and we now include homegrown apples from our orchards here on the farm.
